RGU Grays Fashion Catalogue.

The catalogue has arrived! It’s so exciting to think this chapter in my life is at an end. I get my results tomorrow, and before I know it I will have graduated. Having this catalogue feels like a souvenir. If you would like your own catalogue, filled with information on all the graduating fashion design students at Robert Gordon University Aberdeen, make sure you come to one of our fashion shows (tickets available here: http://graysfashion.bigcartel.com/) or the new designer exhibition this June! (More info here: http://www.newdesigners.com/).

The cover of our catalogue was designed by illustrator Libby Walker. You can find out more about her work here: http://www.libbywalker.co.uk/index.htm

New Designers, Business Cards, Fashion Show.

The weeks just seem to get busier recently, but I do have a few updates I’d like to share.

My business cards came in today! I’m very pleased! Again, I have to say thank you to my good friend Ry Swinney. Check out his newly re-designed website here: http://cargocollective.com/ryanswinney

These cards are to be handed out at my degree show and also at my exhibition stall at New Designers. New Designers will be held in June this summer – you can get more information about the graduate exhibition here: http://www.newdesigners.com/. You can also see my online portfolio at artsthread, a website in association with New Designers: http://www.artsthread.com/p/natalieanderson

I am so excited to be taking part in the exhibition, not only to show my own work but of course to see the work of other graduates. It should be a very exciting week.

This June my class will also be holding three fashion shows to display our graduate work. If you are interested in seeing this show, tickets are available here: http://graysfashion.bigcartel.com/

Business Card Design (Graphic Designer Ry Swinney)

I could not be any more pleased with my business cards by graphic designer Ry Swinney. He totally understood what I wanted and delivered with this gorgeous design. The images used are my illustrative work, my photography shoot and one of my toile/ fabric samples.
